Who is Dr. Seuss? It is a pen's name of Theodor 
Geisel (1904-1991) in his popular children books' Dr. Seuss's series. Mr Geisel was famous for his rhyming stories (poetic meter) and he's also a great cartoonist who created the imaginative characters in Dr. Seuss's books.
